Jessica Staples drops her new single release, ‘Pieces of a Woman’
Jessica Staples is a black queer artist from Minneapolis, Minnesota. Her song “Pieces of a Woman” was intentionally edited as little as possible to help celebrate her imperfections as a singer and show the truth. (no autotune, excess edits, and/or cuts). She wrote this song is for all of us human beings who truly feel the need to break themselves down and hand people who don’t deserve them the broken pieces. Who we were truly created to be in all those colors and imperfections is not an apology.
