“hostile” sets the stage for midwxst’s upcoming album archangel, scheduled for release on June 20, 2025. Co-executive produced by midwxst and Sophie Gray, archangel is a tightly-wound concept record exploring love and relationships with unprecedented depth. Midwxst shares, “I just want people to understand that I went through a lot of the shit I am expressing on this album… and I wouldn’t trade any of that pain or any of that loss for anything.”
