Colby Dean introduces the Official Music Video for his new single, ‘Will I Go’
Born in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, Colby Dean comes from the honest roots of Western Montana. He picked up guitar at age 13, and instantly began composing original material. These early songs he recorded with a single microphone, and distributed the copies to his schoolmates. While writing and recording during his school years, he learned guitar, bass, drums, banjo, ukulele, mandolin, and more.
Five years later, at age 18, Colby moved to Nashville, Tennessee, where he became inspired by the multitude of musicians in the city. This led him to realize his true love for songwriting. Colby spent his time in Nashville writing and performing with his peers. He eventually parted ways with Music City and began his touring career.
Music has taken Colby through tours of Europe, Southeast Asia, North America, and Australia. He has active bands in the Philippines, England, and the United States, all of which play his original compositions. The ‘Colby Dean EP’ (2019) is comprised of five songs. The first single from the record, ’Will I Go’ (2019) was filmed entirely in Sydney, Australia, and launched his “Just Passin’ Through Tour”, starting in the South Pacific and ending back home in Montana.
