ANIMAL DA MON$TARR who was born and raised in WASHINGTON, D.C. is the CEO and Founder of ANIMALTONE RECORDS and ANIMALTONE MUZIK LLC. Also an artist, drummer, bassist, producer and a certified engineer who has been in the industry for more than 2 decades. Starting a musical fusion of hip hop, reggae, rock, r&b and blues in the early 90’s into one collective sound branded HIP-ROK MUZIK. The ceo and co-founder of THE ORIGINAL… BLACK ANT HIP-ROC BAND who fought and broke down social and musical boundaries for over 15 years. Opening doors for a lot of bands in their circle and he continues to fight for change today. ANIMAL DA MON$TARR has been changing the sound structure of what should and should not be for over 2 decades, Now with his own label and production company he seems mighty determined to continue to push the boundaries of sound.
