JTD Project presents new track, ‘Life Goes On’
“A project that just had to be finished.”
It all started around 10yrs ago where I started to get really interested in writing songs and recording them acoustically. I became friends with Tracey ( vocals on these 5 tracks ) another musician with a nice raw bluesy tone that I instantly was drawn too, hence why Tracey has also been involved in multiple gigs and tribute bands with her musical journey.
These 5 songs were originally put down very simplistic in a small brisbane based studio , Where some keys were added to just kind of sound a bit better.
After a long period of time , (10yrs !!! ) I decided to finish these songs properly ….i could always hear the music in my head and just needed to get it out and finish this project
So I searched long and hard , spoke to a lot of different studios and learnt that I really needed a mastering expert . I started chat with Dean , an avid musician also with a huge background in playing guitar in bands to running the sound desk and touring with many big name bands . Dean has spent years refining his skills mastering music and helping musician like me finish there projects
So after 6 months or so of piecing all the different instruments into each track the final pre mastered files were alive and well.
But the process didn’t stop there , no ….Dean then goes away and masters the music and listens in even closer to make sure every single sound , beat , symbol etc sounds just just perfect.
