Waiting Till Marriage are an indie-rock four piece based in Liverpool, fronted by Adam Johnson (Guitar/Vocals), joined by and Brandon Tew (Guitar/Keys), Liam Brady (Bass) and Ieuan Kearney (Drums). Breaking into the scene in mid-2021, the band has spent the last year and a half polishing their live set and perfecting their sound into a bold and captivating experience.
The band released their debut single June 2021, Ripping Us Apart which drew attention from the likes of BBC Introducing Merseyside. Taking influence from world music and the likes of Peace, The Vaccines and Rex Orange County, Johnson tells stories of heartbreak in an almost joyful manner alongside Tew’s imaginative and unique piano/guitar playing style, Brady’s uplifting and powerful bass lines and Kearney’s distinct drive making WTM the fresh outstanding quartet they are.
