Uplifter Ranch introducing “Just Stay / No, I’m In Love”

Uplifter Ranch is the brainchild of singer/songwriter Carina Reimers, as well as producer Joseph Parish. The two managed to create a sound that feels direct and engaging, exploring a wide variety of musical influences and ideas.

Their most recent release features two singles, “Just Stay,” as well as “No, I’m In Love.” The former has a very smooth and minimalistic sound, echoing the work of artists as diverse as James Blake, as well as Sohn, only to mention but a few.

“No, I’m in Love” is just as minimalistic, but it has a grittier approach, making me think of artists as diverse as The XX, as well as Florence & The Machine and Jen Cloher, only to mention but a few. The track also has a cool combination of gritty indie aesthetics and minimalistic electronic elements, going for a very raw, yet catchy twist.
