Theodor Lucero presents his latest single, ‘Toy Gun’
In the 80’s a family became subject to one of the worst nightmares any parent could experience. One morning their 5-year-old son went out to play close to their neighborhood in America. They boy was met by a police officer who mistakenly perceived the Afro-American boy as an armed robber, considering he was playing with a toy gun. The police officer pulled out his gun and shot the boy, the result became the young boy’s death and an infinite sorrow for his family and friends.
Toy Gun tells the story from a third perspective and represents an important message. This is without a doubt one of the most important song I have written.
