ABOUT THE BAND
The Radio Droids is a duo formed by Alex Kidd (synthesizers and vocal) and Savio Lopes (guitar and vocal) in 2016. In their first year they released the EP ‘C’est Tout Nouveau’, which contains 4 tracks of experimental jams. In 2017 the droids released the album ‘Pop Machine’, containing studio recordings with a variety of themes, from dystopic universes to psychedelic serenades. Since then, the band played in events such as Synthfest and the itinerant festival S*LAR, which is promoted by Kidd. In 2018 the duo went to New York to perform at the renowned venue Pianos and in Brooklyn, where they threw another S*LAR party.
