The Micawbers release their new single, ‘Delete, Repackage, Ship On-Time’
The Micawbers are a British/American alternative rock group that burst onto the scene early 2020 after forming just a year earlier as part of a side project between touring musician John Bennett and British friends Adam Chamberlain and Edward Shiers. With a mixture of musical influences ranging from Prince to Nick Cave, The Micawbers’ debut release captured the zeitgeist and frustration with a seemingly post-intellectual society.
The Micawbers’ debut release, Delete, Repackage, Ship On-Time, is inspired by B.F. Skinner’s claim that all human choices and actions are nothing more than a response to environment; self-determinism, it is said, is a complete fabrication.
