The scorching and seething, twisted Nu-metalcore sound of Surrender The Hope traces all the way back to 2006, fifteen years ago, when their Regret One Thing EP was released. After establishing their band at the forefront of the local Buffalo, New York scene with their sonic savagery & debut full-length record Arm The Children the following year β Surrender The Hope went on hiatus over the next several to follow, until they reappeared in May 2018 at long last, cryptically announcing new music on the way.
With their βClarity in the Chaosβ EP released in 2019, Surrender The Hope didnβt just half-ass a comeback β they instantly melted speakers with the punishing heat generated by their resurgence, confirming that the band was more enormous, capable, and focused on creating memorable moments of mayhem than ever before. Surrender the Hope continued to surge with powerful hybrid material into their most groundbreaking year post-reformation, releasing their highly anticipated three-song Chapters EP in 2020, revealing their wild dynamics on a unified front through serious metal-core sound & heavy grooves.
