Gilliland is an independent rock artist with an impressive drive and vocals way beyond her years. Peyton’s music expresses her self-assured nature and showcases everything from an alternative indie vibe to a sultry bad Rocker. Her vocals originate from a confident lower register and climb to powerful controlled belts. Peyton is influenced by music from artists including Cage The Elephant, Alabama Shakes, Amy Winehouse, and Paramore. She works closely with her producer and mentors Lincoln Parrish (Cage The Elephant founding member). Currently traveling back and forth between Nashville and her hometown South of Huntsville, AL. Peyton is working in the studio on new music, with releases coming out in January and February.
Peyton has been featured in Tiger Beat and Pop Dust, Secret Celebs, and more. She has most recently worked on a new single, Devils Daughter with Imagine Dragons Producer Mads and has been a top-three finalist in John Lennon International Song Writers competition and Semi-Finalist many times The International Song Writers Competition or ISC. Peyton already has an impressive and growing resume and graduated from HS 6 months ago.
