Mary Keey is back on the scene with a brand new studio release, Be Closer.
April 2021 – Mary Keey is an artist and songwriter from Olten, Switzerland. She recently released a brand new studio effort: Be Closer. This single is incredibly detailed in terms of production, and although deceptively simple, it’s apparent that there was a lot of work going into the making of this excellent piece of music.
The melody and the arrangement are a little bit like sugar and salt. The sweetness will drag you in, but at the same time it will give you a kick and add a little bit of energy to the flavor – kind of what you can expect from artists such as Halsey, as well as Dua Lipa or Billie Eilish, only to mention but a few!
What’s really amazing about “Be Closer” is indeed the way that it combines energy and hooks in equal doses, perfectly blurring the lines between impact and melodic bliss. To top it off, Mary’s vocals are absolutely amazing, as she channels a full range of emotional dynamics with her singing!
