The Artist Just Mill - 4 The Kingdom (Review)

Check out the music review for the new album, ‘4 The Kingdom’ by Just Mill

May 2020 – Just Mill is a singer and songwriter with a passion for authentic gospel music. Recently, the artist released a brand new studio album titled “4 The Kingdom.” This is a diverse and incredibly kaleidoscopic release, featuring influences such as R&B, Trap, Gospel, and more.

The album features 9 songs, including an atmospheric opening number, “All Gas No Breaks,” combining soothing melodic textures with a banging trap beat. The second track, “Call Him Up,” features a sample of “Jesus Is On The Main Line,” but it later delves into a catchy rap-soul number with a unique style.

There are many amazing tracks on this album, and the production level is overall exceptional. However, “Godly Woman” is definitely one of the best songs on the album, with a great arrangement and some amazing background melodies. Just has a distinctive vocal sound, with so much vibe and attitude, combining melody with energy and passion. This album is a great example of this performer’s amazing artistry, and definitely an outstanding addition to her discography.

Just MILL is a Christ mode embodied in Mildred A. Bailey. She was born in New Orleans and raised on the Westbank by her grandmother Mildred Birden. Her grandmother raised her to be a Godly Woman. Just MILL always knew it was more to worship then choir rehearsal and old spiritual hymn song by her grandmother while cooking and cleaning. Worship comes from the instruments of your heart!

“Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts.” (Col, 3:16)

“The daughter of the most high” is a path Just MILL is journeying on for the rest of her life. Her music is her worship to God from the beat of her heart. Just MILL pray before she writes, when she get in the booth to record, and after the songs is complete. She releases sound to touch first God, secondly all believers and non-believers. Just MILL writes all her music because she depend solely on God leading her to write and speak for the Kingdom through the Holy Spirit.

Music was always her passion, but when she married TPND The Producer Nathaniel Dean Bailey it became her life. Christ mode music is an expression Just MILL created through a vision in her dreams. Christ mode worship is a full expression of Love toward God. Just MILL’s first album “4 the Kingdom” released May 2020. She explains it as a pre-worship warm up to Christ Mode, yes a second album coming soon!
