Jessamine Barham proudly presenting her new single, ‘Royalty’
Royalty is the third single from my EP Marching On. I wrote it about a corrupt person in charge who lies to the citizens and does not care what happens to them. The citizens have had enough and are ready to take a stand. I’m a chamber pop musician from California. My music is introspective and emotional and is inspired by personal experiences such as my struggles with loneliness and feeling different. Other times, such as this song Royalty, I like to create stories about situations that are unrelated to me.
