Jayantho introduces his brand new single release, ‘Little Girl’
I’m Jayantho, an independent singer/songwriter from India. I started out 2 years ago with covers and gradually started composing my own music. I’ve always loved writing. May it be a personal experience, my past or imaginary. Most of my own compositions till date has been a piece of an experience from my life.
This new song Little Girl was written at a dark phase of life, It’s a slow low fi themed song with intriguing lyrics.The lyrics expose one of the most vulnerable phase of my life. Honestly I didn’t wanna put this out but I’m doing so because to let anyone out there feeling left alone, stranded with no shore in sight that you are not alone.
When times get rough and you spend your nights laying awake with memories, guilt and anything else you are feeling, don’t let it eat you up. I’d say you lie to yourself the positivity/glimmer of hope/love that you are longing for to get you through the night. Even-though you know for a fact that you are lying to yourself but trust me as months, years pass you’d soon start realizing that the decisions you had in your mind are mere smaller compared to the love that awaits you further ahead.
I’ve also been nominated as the finalist of last year’s Radio.com ‘The Opening Act’ Little girl is a start of a new journey and look forward to making more music music in the coming months and maybe drop an EP or Album.
