The challenge in being a musician is connecting with emotions & changing how people think or feel by listening to the song. “Letter To Elena” is a true story about a girl who wanted to be seen for who she was on the inside as a person instead of how beautiful she was on the outside as most everyone saw her.
It’s easy to see why so many would instantly love Elena but loving Elena turns out to be a form of self-inflicted torture because her face is far more beautiful than her soul.
I told Elena I would write her song but there were two kinds of love songs. Some that express great joy & happiness and some that don’t.
