[MUSIC REVIEW] B.A. introducing a brand new release: Two Sided
August 2021 – B.A. is a recording artist with a focus on creating uniquely driven rap music that blurs the lines between various styles. On one hand, there is a keen old-school vibe to the artist’s music, while on the other, the sound is far more open and modern, leading to a unique flow that adds more depth to the soundscapes of the production, while also highlighting the driven flow of the vocals. The release unfolds over the span of 6 tracks, including the wonderful “Too Alive,” which features some in-depth soundscapes and a trap-inspired beat. This is an atmospheric beginning to the EP, and it really sets the bar higher from the start. “You Should” is one of the grooviest songs on the EP, and it is a unique jam with a jazzy twist to it. “O.Z.” follows right along with some tasty experimental vibes, while “Dodging Challengers” and “Jus Know I” are a perfect middle section for the EP. Last but not least, “Focus Up” serves as a perfect conclusion!
