Hello Iβm Ella Meade a 15 year old singer/so writer. I wrote this song in 8th grade during the pandemic, when I was having problems with online bullying and anxiety about unstable friendships. The song was written to describe a toxic relationship between two people who ultimately turned against the other. I always felt that the βLuciferβ in the song was never fully established and was able to represent how both people could be in the wrong while using their personal prejudice to justify their hatred.
