Zachary Cartwright releases new Christian rap song, “Searching”
At times, you come across artists who merely try to push their popularity agenda and entertain the audience with their music. In other situations, you stumble upon artists who aim for something much greater than that: to create a meaningful and lasting connection with their audience, ultimately expressing themselves and sharing their creative vision with whomever is there to listen.
This is certainly the case of Zachary Cartwright, a really talented Christian hip-hop artist with a passion for the engaging energy of rap music and the blooming melodies of soul, pop and R&B, with the addition of a strong message of faith.
The artist recently set out to release a brand new studio effort. His new project is titled “Searching,” and it features fellow performer Richie Jones, who really gave it all on this track as well.
Zachary has a really special approach to production, with a sound that feels clear and sophisticated, yet warm and organic. In addition to the world-class production aesthetics, the song is also lifted up the the artist’s remarkable performer, displaying a very dynamic vocal style that brings energy and vibrancy to the table, seamlessly blurring the lines between different styles and ideas.
Zchary’s music could be compared to artists as diverse as Eminem or Kendrick Lamar, only to name a couple, although if you listen to Zachary, you’ll be in for a unique treat.
