“This song is more a piece of art or a statement really, rather than a song, depicting mankind’s shameless frenzy to collect money through almost any means necessary.
I took a lot of time with this track taking over 3 years to complete it. I like to listen over and over to various incarnations of the song and let it grow. I imagine Michelangelo going over and over one of his pieces thousands of times looking for what needs to be taken away. What’s working and what’s not working. Then you can make a piece of art that can live forever and be timeless. Besides, it’s about time someone started singing about the evils of money.”
