In short, I’m an independent Florida-based (and past resident of Saudi Arabia) producer/composer turned cartilaginous, blood-thirsty thresher surfing under the pseudonym The FloodShark (but my human name is William Blake Hyatt). Check out my first LP, “Let Loose the Floodgates.” My stuff lies on the more experimental side of electronic and synthetic music, incorporating an eclectic blend of instrumental hip-hop, synths, ambient, plunderphonics, nature & everyday sounds, wall of sound, and more recently, classical/Western art music. My music touches upon various themes including the realities of environmental degradation and the omnipotence of nature, among others.
