This stunning music video has a direct and edgy approach. Itβs feels just like a Halloween nightmare with an overwhelming array of intimidating figures wearing masks. βPurgeβ feels like a fresh and contemporary spin on classic 1980βs horror films from directors such as John Carpenter. However, alongside the wicked rap flow, βPurgeβ gives a brand-new take on traditional horror motifs.
The track itself has a unique rap flow, with distorted vocals and an intimidating lyrical composition. Sir Nasty is inspired by the likes of Bone Thugs N Harmony, Tupac, Outkast, and Busta Rhymes, to mention but a few.
