Shine Bright: The World’s First Human-AI English-Korean Pop Song by a 12-Year-Old

India’s Original Sing Achieves Global “Hat-Trick” in AI Innovation: Launches World’s First Human-AI Collaborative English-Korean Pop Song by a 12-Year-Old

MUMBAI (MAHARASHTRA) – In a year defined by the rapid evolution of artificial intelligence, India’s independent music scene has achieved a rare global milestone. Original Sing, the independent music venture founded by Jake Joss, announces the release of “Shine Bright”—the World’s First Human-AI Collaborative English-Korean Pop Song performed by a 12-year-old Indian artist.

Performed by 12-year-old vocalist Alithea Jake, “Shine Bright” is more than just a catchy pop anthem; it marks the completion of a unique “hat-trick” of AI music innovations by Joss within a single year.

A Rare Hat-Trick of Innovation

With this release, Original Sing solidifies its position at the forefront of the ethical AI music revolution, marking its third consecutive “World First”:

  1. “Daddy”: The World’s First Fully AI-Generated Music Video using prompt engineering for both song and visuals, with lyrics written entirely by a human creator.

  2. “Azaadi”: The World’s First Human-AI Collaborative Patriotic Album, featuring five complete music videos.

  3. “Shine Bright”: The World’s First Human-AI Collaborative English-Korean Pop Song by a 12-Year-Old Indian.

A Challenge Imagined by a Father, Completed by a Daughter

The genesis of “Shine Bright” was a creative challenge born out of love. Jake Joss wanted to create a special track for his daughter, Alithea, an ardent K-Pop fan. However, faced with a linguistic barrier—Joss does not speak Korean—he turned to technology as a bridge, not a replacement.

AI was utilized as a supportive tool to co-write lyrics, capture Korean nuances, and assist with the compositional elements that define the K-Pop sound. However, the rule for the project was simple: Alithea would only sing it if she genuinely loved the song.

“Music should move hearts before it moves algorithms,” says Jake Joss. “When Alithea heard the final demo, the verdict was immediate. She stepped into the studio and delivered the vocals herself. The result is a track where technology provides structure, but her voice provides the soul.”

The “Pattern of Twelve”

The release of “Shine Bright” is surrounded by a recurring pattern of twelve—a chain of coincidences that Joss describes as “too precise to ignore”:

  • The performer is 12 years old.

  • The creator was born on the 12th.

  • The track was recorded at Twelve Strings Production.

  • The venture name, Original Sing, has 12 letters.

  • Joss’s profession, Media Planner, has 12 letters.

  • The song was officially released on the 12th of December.

A New Model for AI in Music

At a time when the industry fears AI might replace human artistry, Original Sing presents an alternative vision: AI as a sanctuary for creative freedom.

For the music video, Joss shifted from his earlier fully generative methods. The process began with designing the song’s cover art using AI-assisted prompts to create a consistent character based on real reference photographs of Alithea. These visuals were then built into a cohesive, imagined universe and manually synced to the song’s rhythm.

“Shine Bright” is a high-energy celebration of individuality that blends soaring pop choruses with rhythmic rap sections. It serves as a reminder that while tools change, the human spirit remains the heartbeat of music.
