I’m Sebastian Azul, based in London city. Beatmaker, Artist, Songwriter. But most of all a passionate and avid mental health advocate.
Most of my songs deals with mental health struggles, whether personal or issues surrounding my community. My music is unlike any other you will ever hear. It’s different, It’s real, It’s needed, and especially designed to break barriers and stigmas and myths associated with people living or suffering with mental health or neurological disorders.
This song starts of with a patient and a therapist, it’s based on my son ‘s first stages of receiving support through CAHMS, which is a service centre in UK that supports young people with their mental health.
His tics at the time of this recording were very relentless and painful, he was unable to record vocals so i hired a child voice actor through an agency online to do his parts.
The intro gives the listener an understanding on how is like for people that have invisible disabilities.
How they are often not taken seriously and get called names.
The year of awareness, It is a Mental Health Awareness song at it’s finest! This song speaks volume.
The way the female rapper enters the track, it’s mind blowing.
Production wise, written wise. It was all done with ardent passion and dedication. A family team effort.
So please pay close attention to the lyrics. Not only is melodic and catchy but the message is something you may relate to or pass it on.
