King Princeton – A King’s Tale:
If one had to surmise the entity, the individual, King Princeton, the best place to start would be hip hop. King Princeton will tell you that hip hop is an integral part of his very being. King Princeton (nèe Kentrell Paul) grew up in New Orleans surrounded by music. His introduction began with R&B, old school rap, and his exposure to New York hip hop.
King Princeton fell in love with the sounds and culture of New York life. He credits the impact of NY hip hop, his life experiences, and the world around him as the inspiration for his music. Self-motivated and introspective, King Princeton evolves perpetually. He isn’t afraid to crank up his recording equipment, submit to the rhythm of hand chosen beats, and to just let the lyrics flow.
