Kara releases her latest single ‘Real Eyes (Realize)’
Kara is a Philly based musician that sings multi-genre’s. She grew up listening to Aaliyah, Christina Aguilera but her main influences are in artists like Donna Summer, Karen Carpenter, Sade, Tracy Chapman, and Nat King Cole to name a few. She is able to sing many different genres quite easily. She prefers Rock, Pop, folk, R&B, Disco, and occasional (Country). Kara has free-styled since eight years old, improvising on the spot. And started deliberately writing at 14.
She resumed free-styling years later in life. Almost, all the songs recorded to date on music platforms(Spotify, etc, and her Soundcloud Kar_free) are free-styled straight through. Kara is a beginner producer who is in need of funding to complete her musical projects. She also sings, writes, and is a self taught guitar player. In the meantime she is funding and producing herself and looking to locate resources when necessary.Kara is working to become a big producer in a white-male dominated industry. And become an established, respected Singer/Musician who maintains her publishing as she writes music for herself and other artists. Lastly, she seeks to create her own independent label for Artists who are unique and don’t want to follow trends, but create standards.
