June 2022 – Kahnin is an artist and songwriter from Keflavik, Iceland. His most recent release, Spider, is as personal and insightful as it gets. The song hits close and personal for Kahnin, who has dealt with many struggles concerning addiction.
Not many people are willing to openly discuss such issue by nature of the vulnerability that it often entails. However, Kahnin’s biggest strength as a musician is to delivery music that’s incredibly honest, even when it means to dive deeper into his dark side. Spider is a perfect example of making quality alternative music that stays true to the artist’s roots and open-ended creativity, while going for a very personal and honest touch. This artist is incredibly talented, and the music speaks for itself in terms of quality.
