ArtistRack brings to you ‘Down in Splendour’ by the talented Kaapstaad:
Tim Spelman, the driving force behind the post rock projects Tiny Fighter and Fire To The Stars, created Kaapstaad as an outlet for his more introspective, downtempo, ambient solo work. Early press reactions compared Kaapstaad’s music to Neils Frahm, Olafur Arnalds and Ludovico Enaudi. “Down in Splendour” is the third in a series of singles that will precede the project’s debut album and features a collaboration with Swedish artists Tommy Wilen and Marcus Wallberg.
