I am a 22 year old rap artist out of Prince George’s County Maryland. I’m very much an “old soul” when it comes to music, so my style is heavily boom bap influenced. I believe my music has a J.Cole type feel. My single, “The Illusion” tells about how currently, in a lot of ways, the aspects of the world is an illusion. The “illusion” that all people need to do to be financially successful is work hard, the “illusion” that racism is dead, the “illusion” that your “family” will always be in your corner etc. This single is off of my first EP called “Note To S3lf”, releasing on October 2nd.
