Where are you from?

I’m From The 410. Baltimore, MD. This Is The City Where Everybody Tries To Make It Out But So Little Do & Where It’s Eat Or Be Eaten. I Grew Up & Was Raised In Baltimore In A Nice Environment But Bad Settings & Surroundings, So As I Grew Up Knowing Things Are Handed To You, Baltimore Taught Me How To Go Hard Or Go Home.

How long have you been making music?

I’ve Been Making Music Since I Was 7. I Started Writing At 7 And This Is So Embarrassing, I hate it so much [Laughs] My First Rap Was “Yolo Is My Motto, Yolo Is My Motto, Everywhere I Go Go, Tell Marco He Couldn’t Find Me Wearing Polo”. I Use To Join Church Choir, Musicals, And Talent Shows, Basically Anything That Music Related. I started Recording Myself At 14 With Just The Beat On The Tablet And Recording My Voice on My Phone Together At Night. I Started Going In Studios At Age 17 With One Of The Greatest Producers And That’s Chubz.

How many songs /albums have you released to date?

I released Eight Singles, One Official Album ‘Sweet Arrogance’, And My Recent Ep ‘All Or Nothing’. Go Get That Now And Stream Until Your Parents Are Tired Of Hearing My Voice [Laughs].

Can you tell us about your latest release and the background and inspirations behind it?

My Latest Release Is A Ep And It’s Called ‘All Or Nothing’. It’s On All Platforms And This Project Is A Little Half Of Me Until I’ll Be Prepared To Drop My Album. The Inspiration For This Project Was To Sacrifice All You Have To Get What You Want Or Don’t Give Up Nothing And Still Be Where Your At Either It’s Physically, Emotionally, Spiritually, And So On. I Was Giving My All To Somebody And They Didn’t Deserve Me As You Can Here On ‘Nobody’s Burden’ and At the end I received somebody That Did Deserve Me And Loved Me More. On ‘Sick’ I Was Giving My All To Letting Go Of The Person and I received Happiness.

And Other Songs Like ‘Half & Half’ Gave My All To Become One Of The Best LGBTQ+ Rappers and ‘Bighead’ , Giving My All To A Somebody For It Can Be A Honest, Loving, Understanding Relationship. The Cover Is Showing How All Of You Is Invisible To A People But Your Designer Shit Is Not, The First Thing I Got Was “Oooh, A LV Jacket!” but Not “Oooh, Where Is Your Body Or Face?”

How have you ended up in the music industry?

I Think I Ended As A Great Mark In My Community (LGBTQ+) & Underground Artist But I Think I still Want To Go Harder Not To Be Mainstream But To Be Known As A Artist That Can Write And Turn His Emotions Into Music Everybody Can Relate To And Love. But I’ve Been Seen By Couple Celebrities And Been On MTV Too [Laughs]. I Think I’ll Never Be As Big As Grammy Big But At Least Leaving My Mark Every time I Step Somewhere.

What do you think of the music industry in 2020?

The Music Industry In 2020 Is Whew [Coughs] Is Something Else. It’s More Drama Then Music, It’s Like The Whole Industry Turned Into Love & Hip Hop, A lot Of Musicians Died This Year Too Like Juice Wrld & Pop Smoke and That’s Sad, But Its Pros To It Too. We Have The Goats & Legends Still Dropping Music Like Lil’ Wayne & Nicki Minaj To Jay Z & Missy Elliot. Then We Have New Comers Like The Talented Mulatto & Da Baby To Megan Thee Stallion & Aminé. On The R&B And Pop Side I Think It’s More Of Them Keeping A Balance Between Music Because Sometimes You Want To Turn Down The Hard Type Beats and Vulgar Language and listen to something melodic And Soft spoken like Ariana Grande & Sam Smith Or Like Micheal Jackson & Summer Walker.

Who do you think the most influential artist?

The Most Influential Artist Is Just Not Only One Artist But The Top 5 Right Now And Always Be Micheal Jackson, Beyoncé, Whitney Houston, Drake, And Boyz2Men. But My Influential Artist Will Always Be Nicki Minaj, Aminé, Lefteye, Lil Wayne, and Missy Elliot.

Who have you collaborated with so far in your career?

So Far In My Career I Have Collaborated With My Brother Young Swansii (Used & Back Of The Trunk). We Just Have A Bond Nobody Else Could Have, I Usually Tell Him The Theme & Give Him The Beat And He Brings The Heat. It’s Not Even Work Like “Let’s Get This Done.” , It’s More Fun. Before We Started To Collaborated For ‘Used’ He Said “You GotTo Be A Perfectionist.” And I Was Like Iam But You Know, A Fun One. We Bring The Best Out Each other.

How do you think you differ from other artists?

When It Come To Writing And Making A song Or Project I Like To Talk About What’s Happening Right Now In My Life But Dramatize It A lot. Like A lot, A lot. A Pigeon Could Take My Food And I Would Say Something Like “You Thought We Both Was Having A Feast, When You Really Too For Out My Mouth For You To Eat.” [Laughs]. Usually My Life Is Crazy And I Write That But I Always Have A Concept Before I write. I like Trying New Beats And Flows For I Can Sound Not Distinctive At All But You Still Know It’s Me. I Can Do Pop, To R&B, To Rap.

Dead or alive, who would be your dream collaboration?

Ok, So This Is Easy. Two People That Passed For My Dream Collaboration Will Be Tupac & Lefteye. People Thats Alive That I Would Collab With Will Be Of Course The Queen, Nicki Minaj & My Big Inspo, Aminé.

What was the first album you bought?

The first Album I Bought Was Pink Friday. As You Can Tell I’m A Big Barb [Laughs] But It Was A Cultural Moment For Music History.

What’s your favourite song at the moment?

Ummm, My Favorite At This Moment Will Have To Be Summer Walker, ‘Let It Go’. I’m Obsessed With The Beat, The Lyrics, And The Meaning. I Really do Love Her And I’m A Sucker For R&B.

If you had to sell your music collection tomorrow, what album would you leave in your draw?

I Will Precisely Leave Anything By Fantasia, TLC, Nicki Minaj, Or Aminé In My Draw. No Sir, They Will Not Be Touched. If They Get Touched, You’ll Get Touched. Period [Laughs].

What is your favourite saying?

I Don’t Know If I Can Say The N Word On Here But My Opening Line In Any Rap, “A Dude Got Bars”.

What other hobbies or interests do you have?

I love To Do Little Things Like Write Poems, Play Video Games, Cook For Others, And Shop. Shop Is Like The #1 Thing Next To Music For Me Because, I Need To Stay Dripped.

Do you have any tattoos or piercings?

I Only Have Regular Degular Ear Piercings, Even Though I Want Like 2-3 Tattoos On My Body But I’m Scared As Hell.

Tell us more about your upcoming project or this new project?

My New Project Is My Ep ‘All Or Nothing’ On All Streaming Platforms. You Can Get Lit To This, You Can Cry To This, You Can Get Over Ex To This, Or You Can Fall In Love To This Ep With Songs Like ‘Grrr’ , ‘Nobody’s Burden’ , ‘Bighead’ , And More. This Project Has Been A Snippet To My Album I Can’t Wait To Release But For Now On Buy, Stream, Download, And Share ‘All Or Nothing’.

What’s in the pipeline after this project?

After This Project, I Will Still Be Promoting Myself More As I Know My worth As A Artist. I Will Also Still Be Dropping New Music Before I Drop A Album. I Will Always Do Stuff Like My Podcast: The Instinct , My Upcoming Clothing Line: OBVISLY , And More.
