Where are you from?

Detroit, Michigan, USA

How long have you been making music?

As a band: about a year, individually: our whole lives

How many songs /albums have you released to date?

We’ve released one song so far as a promotional tool but we are about to release our very first full length album in the spring of 2016.

Can you tell us about your latest release and the background and inspirations behind it?

This album had a lot of influences. The writing process came together pretty quickly and there’s a ton of variation in our sound. It’s fun, since were just starting out, just to experiment with different sounds. The grittier sounding songs have a heavy Deftones guitar influence. Chanting vocal parts have a Killswitch Engage, Story of the Year, A Day To Remember vibe. Drums are very groove oriented and as a vocalist I get a lot of inspiration from Christina Aguilera.

How have you ended up in the music industry?

Chance. All of us loved music early in life. Each of our band members have had different music projects we’ve worked in previous to this group. Once we all came together, everyone was a local scene seasoned vet. It makes for pretty cool musical chemistry.

What do you think of the music industry in 2015?

The music industry will always be a pretty cutthroat industry. Popular music today has become almost standardized. I do like how most artists have a taken on a retro vibe. There’s a lot of funk, do-wop, grit and other old school vibes that are pretty inspiring across the board.

Who do you think the most influential artist?

Deftones, The Used, Elle King, Killswitch Engage, Christina Aguilera, The Cure (Please don’t tell me we were supposed to pick just one)

Who have you collaborated with so far in your career?

Mick Masklowski (Zoinga Studios), Frankie Concord (Producer), Tony Hamera (Tempermill Studios)

How do you think you differ from other artists?

We’re weird. I think the diversity in our sound comes from all our diverse influences. We switch it up a lot.

Dead or alive, who would be your dream collaboration?

Michael Jackson and/or Kurt Cobain

What was the first album you bought?

Michael Jackson “Thriller” (Chris had it on vinyl and Jeff had it on tape!)

What’s your favorite song at the moment?

King 810 – “Desperate Lovers”

If you had to sell your music collection tomorrow, what album would you leave in your draw?

Journey’s Live Album

What is your favorite saying?

Let’s get awesome!

What other hobbies or interests do you have?

Sports, guns, eating, making fun of each other

Do you have any tattoos or piercings?

We all have piercings and some have tattoos

Tell us more about your upcoming project or this new project?

In 2016 we have our first album to release, a music video to introduce ourselves with, more writing of songs, and possibly more tattoos.

What’s in the pipeline after this project?

Taking over the world.

Thank you for your time and may you carry on making great, fresh music.

Thank you for giving us this chance to let everyone know who we are!
