Epics introducing brand new studio EP: Late Nights.
June 2020 – Epics is a hip-hop artist based out of Arizona. Recently, he came out with an astonishing new studio EP titled “Late Nights.” The release actually has 6 original songs, including the killer opening number “Buss Down,” which also features a collaboration with Socorro LeRoux, who also appears on the third song, “Socorro LeRoux.”
One of the highlights on the EP is definitely the closing track, “Die Young,” which combines some guitar melodies with trap-inspired beats and some lyrics that make me think of legendary performers such as Lil Wayne, as well as Joey Bada$$ and many others. What makes this release special is definitely the fact that it combines old-school ideas with contemporary vibes.
As a result, Epics definitely live up to his name with some seriously great chops, and some lyrics that are arguably very personal and easy to relate to for people of all walks of life. You do not need to be a rap fan to connect with this music, since there is so much more to it than the usual cliches!
