July 2020 – Diablo is a recording artist who is based in Brooklyn, New York. His sound is easy to relate to and it is extremely dynamic, making for a direct and forward-thinking twist. He recently dropped a new studio single titled GONE. Much like legendary artists such as Lil Wayne, DMX, or Jay Z, Diablo has a strong focus on creating quality lyrics, and the sound of this release is a testament to the artist’s skills in the recording booth.
The production is punchy and dynamic, and the vocals lock in perfectly with the aesthetics of the beat. With such a great quality and attention to detail, you really can’t go wrong. This is hip-hop at its best, with a distinctive East Coast flavor, and the amazing feel of some lo-fi grain to add some liveliness to the music. The track clocks in at slightly under the 3 minute mark, and it features some eerie melodic parts layered with a trap-style drum machine sound.
