Bowminator introducing brand new release, “Ticket To Hollywood”
One of the most interesting things about Hip-Hop as a music culture, is that it is quite open-ended. Performers aren’t limited to what they can achieve with their own instruments or vocals, but instead, they can chop up samples, rearrange previously existing music, interpret ideas, and come up with something really out of the ordinary, by having a new perspective on other winning ideas. With his eclectic array of influences, Bowminator is a purveyor of fine music, from The Beatles, to Al Green and Biggie Smalls.
His most recent release, “Ticket To Hollywood” is a powerful reflection of the artist’s broad scope, as well as a showcase of his excellent songwriting and performance skills. The song has a catchy, uplifting and energetic feel, and it combines the direct edge of contemporary hip-hops with hints of R&B, and even pop, adding a catchy, but never trite vibe to this release.
