March 2021 – Abi Cruz and Puertoricanism recently joined forces on a fantastic new release, which is titled Make you my lady (M.Y.M.L.). This track combines throwback R&B influences with modern soul, going for a refreshing and one-of-a-kind feel. The song begins with a melodic introduction and a feat of vocal harmonies that really sets the bar higher in terms of intensity and creativity. The rhythm is understated and dreamy, yet there is an energetic feel to it, making it stand out in a very special way. The lyrics are also very easy to relate to and incredibly romantic, highlighting the spontaneity of this wonderful song release. The hip-hop bits are also on the money, adding more energy to the flow of the song.
This one comes highly recommended if you like the sound of artists such as Boys II Men, as well as Bell Biv Devoe, only to mention a few!
