Quite simply, it is about the rise of a Champion. I like to make feeling based music, translating an emotion into sound.
I like to describe this song as: “Coming from feeling like a loser to a winner/champion – hence why it’s called ‘Rocky’. Basically a triumph and confidence growth if you get what I mean – finally feeling confident in my craft, and in my comfort zone”
