$cholah drops his exciting new single release, ‘Belichick’ which is now available online
A MELODIC VIBEY BANGER !!
$cholar is very much a student of life, and approaches his music as such. He is a graduate student specializing in biomedical science who in his past time composes music. He was previously a student athlete playing soccer at the collegiate level for 5 years, before moving to Montreal in 2017.
This is the first single of my introductory EP. I sing, rap along with a mixture of both at times. I’ve adopted a particular sound known as “afroswing” mixed with rap/hiphop to give it a westernized sound that is raw & melodic at the time time. It is a particular style that I have carefully curated for a long time, thus the meaning of the chorus and name of track. In my opinion, Belichick is a very-well respected man who goes about his business in a particular way, controlled, and sometimes unnoticed, similar to myself.
