Music review for the brand new studio release, “Lovebreak II” released by LUCKY!
June 2020 – Artist and performer LUCKY! is back on the scene with a brand new EP release, “Lovebreak II”. What’s special about this project is that it captures the artist’s incredibly diverse mindset, pushing him to stretch the boundaries of his creativity and explore styles as diverse as pop, electronics, and even some shades of modern R&B and rap, only to name a few. These 3 songs explore so many different styles, and it’s amazing to hear how the artist feels comfortable with all of them, whether it is a rap verse or a more melodic part. “One Night Only” is one of the EP’s heavy hitters, and it might remind you of the punch and melody of artists such as Juice WRLD or Post Malone.
The release sports some incredible production aesthetics. The recording quality hits the mark, and each element in the mix is utterly balanced, going for a powerful and contemporary tone, that’s catchy and easy to relate to.
Fans of artists as diverse as Shawn Mendez, Chris Brown, and Mac Miller are definitely going to enjoy LUCKY! and his groundbreaking music.
