Audrey (Mrs. Ike) Turner joined Black Angel with Ronnie Turner, our bass player and son of Ike and Tina Turner, in a break from her job as lead singer of Ike Turner and the Kings of Rhythm in 1999. Black Angel had a tribute show at the Whisky A Go Go in Hollywood on December 28, 2022 in honor of Ronnie Turner, who recently died at the age of 62).
