The Artist Just Mill - Da Gospel of MiLL (Review)

Music Review for the new release, ‘Da Gospel of MiLL’ by Just Mill

Just Mill has just released her brand new full-length album, “Da Gospel of MiLL”.

This inspiring and uplifting gospel record starts with a visceral and attention-grabbing first track, “Intro”. With this song, the artist creates a lush soundscape and a driving 808-drum beat that is impossible not to groove to.

One of the highlights on this record is “How Im Rockin”. This song features powerful and deep lyrics that the listener immediately connects with. It’s clear that Just Mill has a distinctive rap flow, creative energy, and strong faith. This natural talent puts her on the same level of artists such as Beyonce, M.I.A, and Rihanna, to mention but a few established acts.

Another standout track on the album is “Big Facts”, featuring Juan Champion. These two artists collaborate well-together, and their vocals weave and interact perfectly. The rap flow in this track is engaging and innovative, recalling the likes of Kendrick Lamar and Anderson .Paak.

“Riches on Rags” finishes this dynamic and vibrant record. Just Mills’ performance is captivating and her vocals are deeply expressive. After this song finishes, you’ll just want to start the album from the top again.
