Where are you from?

We are currently base on Malaysia

How long have you been making music?

We was DJ for few years until we decided to make our own music since 2 years ago.

How many songs /albums have you released to date?

We released 6 songs so far and another 3 song will release until end of September

Can you tell us about your latest release and the background and inspirations behind it?

Our latest single called ‘Deegaragaa’. The “Deegaragaa” first inspiration was from a cool Asian percussion sample we heard in an old movie and that bring this idea to our mind to make a song with many different instruments from the ancient continent of Asia to Modern western electronic instruments. But when it comes to choose the right singer for this song, we tried few singers from different races and genders but result didn’t make us satisfy, the song simply wasn’t catchy enough and vocal and instruments wasn’t match. Finally we found out because instruments of their song are belong to many different part of world, not any language can make sense with it, so we have to find a language that it belongs to anyone, and from there this idea came to our mind, the only language that belongs to whole the world is stone age language, The language of first humans on the planet, so we created an imaginary language to represent stone age period, and the result became ‘DEEGARAGAA’. Lyrics is like that ‘ Digaraga daragagaga pandaroga doragagaga domdaraga daragagaga pandarogadoragapapa’ it is cool, isn’t?!!!

Tell us about your latest music video ‘Safe Train’?
Safe Train is a story of loving some one, no matter who is he/she and what he/she did , you wish all the best for her/him. Our latest Music video has anything, from action scenes to fall in love and getting cheated. Last i want to thank to Our Director Jack’s stuff and and sponsors who helped us to finish this great music video.

How have you ended up in the music industry?

We made our first track when we were teenagers, we never release it because to be honest it sounds awful. During that time Arsham just learned to play piano and keyboard and me (Armia) play Guitar and dream to be pop singer!!! Time passed and we both became busy with our study until I started to travel around the world and we almost forgot about our childhood dreams. During those years I started My Modeling Career while Arsham became music video director and visual effect artist, He still looking for the chance to make and release his own track while I was far from him. We passed few years until 2014, in 2014 Arsham came to visit me after almost 3 years, we started to talk about our childhood dreams and our current life. We both feel we can’t do anything else but music! Music is our dream, music is the one thing can bring us together again, music is the only thing make us happy and make our soul in peace. So we started VESSBROZ.

What do you think of the music industry in 2016?

In 2016 everything is possible. any crazy idea that before people make fun of it now could be a hit song. Thanks to technology nowadays you dont need to be rich to start your music career in big recording studios. you may make a top chart songs just from your bedroom. That is something great but also brings so many competitors to music scene, which is great in our idea because it makes music grows incredibly fast day by day. and there is no place for those stick to their old believes and not dare to update.

Who do you think the most influential artist?

Daft Punk, firstly because they always combine different genres to make something fresh and second because they really have great music knowledge that helps them create all those amazing tones.

Who have you collaborated with so far in your career?

We collaborated with many singers from all around the world, Black GS from Africa , miikey black from Thailand , Arif Ab from Malaysia and many more to come, we also start to collaborate with few other music producers mostly from Asia so far.

How do you think you differ from other artists?

Well, look at our tracks they all are different, people may love it or hate it but we dare to make new stuff that no one done it before no matter how wired they sounds, that is number differ and secondly we are two brothers with totally different abilities and skills but the good thing is together we become complete package 🙂

Dead or alive, who would be your dream collaboration?

Michael Jackson for sure, but unfortunate it is to late for that 🙁

What was the first album you bought?

Behaviour (Pet Shop Boys album)

What’s your favorite song at the moment?

Closer by The chains-mockers

If you had to sell your music collection tomorrow, what album would you leave in your draw?

Ocean

What is your favorite saying?

Don’t only work hard, work smart!

What other hobbies or interests do you have?

beside making music we love sport , going to gym , swimming and play ping-pong,

Do you have any tattoos or piercings?

not so far, but we may have in the future, still looking for inspiration for it,

Tell us more about your upcoming project or this new project?

We have a new song which is completely different thing again, our beat is kind of tech house underground music but in the chorus part we mixed it up with Egyptian kind of melody to give it main stream feeling, it is cool , you should listen to it , it calls ‘ Dance like a Cobra’

What’s in the pipeline after this project?

another 3 songs and ‘deegaragaa’ music video.

Thank you for your time and may you carry on making great, fresh music.

Thank you for having us, Independent artists need a platform like your website to let the world here their hard working tones. Thanks again
