Emeljay Legacy releases his new single, ‘B-boy for Life’
Melvin Lerron jackson AKA “Emeljay Legacy” is a self taught musician, rapper/singer and Poet from ENY Brooklyn. As a child growing up in BK Melvin experienced first hand the violence and danger around him, but he also saw promise and love. From a very young age it was evident that he loved music. Mel used to breakdance with the older kids and progressed to rapping and sampling as he got older. Mel wrote a poem called “The Mountain in The East” it was a recounting and a celebration of his life growing up. This project has spawned 3 singles and a remix “Peanutbutter Marmalde”, “PBM Remix”, “Jazztakeone” and the current single “B-boy for Life”
