Dave Damiani & the No Vacancy Orchestra have been mainstays on XM71 Siriusly Sinatra for years as well as terrestrial radio stations all over the world. Dave Damiani always takes a song and “bends the standard.” His record label Hard Knocks Records has used this term #BendingTheStandard for many years. In addition to singing and arranging, Dave Damiani has produced for such artists as Haley Reinhart, Renee Olstead, Bobby Rydell, Joe Piscopo, Spencer Day, Maiya Sykes, Sal “The Voice” Valentinetti, Aubrey Logan, Kate Flannery, Erin Boheme, and America’s Got Talent Winner Landau Murphy Jr.
On this track, “Come Fly With Me” the incredible Peter Erskine (2 time Grammy Winner) is playing drums. This arrangement is done by University of North Texas Graduate Dave Richards. The original idea came from the Instigators band (Dave Damiani, Aaron McLendon, Gary Matsumoto & Alex Frank).
Dave Damiani has written the “Official Anthem of Atlantic City” “It’s Pure AC (Atlantic City)” and has also written a song for West Virginia “Come Home To West Virginia”.
