In Atlanta, Shawdae has worn many hats: actress, recording artist, and entrepreneur. She has appeared in TV shows, movies, and music videos while releasing her own music. In 2024, Shawdae gained widespread recognition for her appearances in multiple viral episodes of the popular YouTube series 20v1, further cementing her place in the entertainment world. Her hit single, Penny to Plenty, is currently streaming on all major platforms and already has 150k+ streams on Spotify alone with almost 70k views of the accompanying video on YouTube in just under 2 months after the video’s release! She has performed at events like Hot 107.9 Birthday Bash Showcase and appeared in multiple Tubi films. Shawdae is also a philanthropist, dedicating her time to feeding the homeless, and a skilled nail technician who has taught her own nail classes.
