Mark Generous is a Filipino-Canadian hip hop producer from Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. His sound revolves around sample-based hip hop beats which he creates on the Music Production Center (MPC) drum machine. With an innovative and scientific approach to music, Mark continues to diversify his sound – experimenting between traditional ‘boom bap’ style beats to a more modern wave of synth-heavy tracks.
His first album collaboration in 2017 with Bronx MC “Win” gained the attention of several podcasts, and radio shows such as Hot 97’s Hip Hop Mike Show during the SXSW event in Austin, Texas.
Mark continues to build his music career through solo instrumental projects and is currently collaborating with multiple upcoming rappers and singers.
