Higgs Boson and the Strange Charm introducing a new single: Waiting For The Rain” (Featured on the album “World in Denial”)
May 2022 – Higgs Boson and the Strange Charm is all about making music that captures the creativity of the alternative scene, while also tipping the hat off to icons such as David Bowie, Pink Floyd, The B52s, and many more.
Recently, Higgs Boson and the Strange Charm announced a new album, “World in Denial,” which yielded the first single “Waiting for the Rain.” The track features the edgy impact of alternative, but it also has the nuances of jazz music driving the arrangement.
Interestingly, this track was actually recorded at 2 AM, and the mix was completed essentially at sunrise! While the original master files were lost, a mix bounce survived, and Higgs Boson and the Strange Charm chose not to rerecord the track in order to retain the spontaneity and magic of that fateful early morning session!
