What is your name? I am Angel D. aka GoodieMan
Where are you from? I’m from Lebanon PA cause that’s where I started this
How long have you been making music? I’ve been making music all my life .
How many songs /albums have you released to date? I have actually recorded close to 250 songs somewhere in this universe . No albums yet !
Can you tell us about your latest release and the background and inspirations behind it? My latest release is called “Aspiration” produced and mastered by me. Its something I created in a time where I was really exploring the core of hiphop. I made it in a way to celebrate classic hip hop with a new school sound still. As of now I’ve been getting nothing but good feedback about it.
How have you ended up in the music industry? I would have to say my fate was decided by God and I am nothing less than grateful for it.
What do you think of the Music industry in 2015? 2014 was a great year for hip hop. I like the hype the West coast brought as well as the presence of the east doing this trap music raw. 2015 is looking promising I’m hoping to get my piece of history as well.
Who do you think is the most influential artist? Drake would have to be at a high level of influence in the music industry with the dynamics of his craft he is definitely worthy.
Who have you collaborated with so far in your career? I’ve worked with tons of artists around the way in Pennsylvania including Tex the Stuntboss , Wunda God , Dai Dai , Quinn Audio just to name a few. I’m ready to work always .
Dead or alive, who would be your dream collaboration? My dream collaboration would have to be Big Pun. I just feel like me and him would make a lyrical mess.
What was the first album you bought? My first album would have been the “Sisqo:Unleash the dragon ” on tape . I used to play that cassette on my R2D2 tape player
What’s your favorite song at the moment? My favorite song at the moment would have to be “Kanye West: All Day” but it has to be the extended version with the happy music at the end.
Do you have any tattoos or piercings? yes I’m tatted.
What is your favorite saying? my favorite saying would have to be “Get it” just because it’s raw
