Where are you from?   Lake Charles, LA

How long have you been making music?   10+ years

How many songs /albums have you released to date?    2 singles / 2 Ep’s

Can you tell us about your latest release and the background and inspirations behind it?   Our latest release is our single “Oh Yeah”. This song was inspired by the actual track for the song. The track is produced by Dok Beats. We wanted to do something different from what is currently out right now. “Oh Yeah” is the single set up to promote and bring awareness to our new EP “Scars & The Profit”

How have you ended up in the music industry?   Music has always been a passion of ours. What enticed us to work in the industry was the business of music and learning how to make money of our intellectual property.

What do you think of the music industry in 2014?   Harold James answer – We believe the industry is a good space because independent artist are learning how to thrive without a major record or distributing label.

Elliot James answer – It’s a beautiful thing that people can express themselves they way that they do and get away with it.

Who have you collaborated with so far in your career?   A lot of underground artist, and national artist Big Mike

If you had to sell your music collection tomorrow, what album would you leave in your draw?   “Born in Not Sworn In” by the James Brothas and Tupac’s album “Still I Rise”

How do you think you differ from other artists?  Harold James – We don’t have any gimmicks; dances are names to hide behind what you see and hear are who we are.

Elliot answer – It’s nothing but diamonds in our pawn shop

What is your favourite saying?   Harold Jamez answer (Bet That)   –   Elliot James answer (Miss me)

What other hobbies or interests do you have?   We enjoy travelling and helping the youth. We currently own and operate our own business offering consumers in rural areas of the county high speed satellite internet service.

Do you have any tattoos or piercings?   Both answer yes

Tell us more about this new project?    Our next EP to drop in 2015 is titled “Scars & The Profit” the first single from the EP is titled “Oh Yeah”. We are currently in discussion with a few videographers to film our video for “Oh Yeah” We have already started campaigning the new single by doing promotions in LA, GA, NY, TX, CO, and CA. We wanted to convey to our listeners with this new EP that you have to go through battles in life in order to succeed, what doesn’t kill you will make you stronger. Scars are a testimony of what you have endured to obtain your goals. The profit comes once you have conquered your fear of being scared and realise that you have to get rid of the non-believers, bad habits, ill thoughts and foolish ways.

What’s in the pipeline after this project?  We are working on our next EP “Street Etiquette” and also planning our own regional tour. We will also be attending SXSW in Austin 2015 to network, advertise and promote and hosting our cities first annual Lobster Boil.
