Katie Cole drops her latest single, ‘River Flow’

Throughout Katie Cole’s journey from a working class neighborhood in Melbourne, to her current spot as keys player for the Smashing Pumpkins recent European tour, playing to more than 800,000 people along with other breakout opportunities, such as opening slots for Glen Campbell, and a recording a duet with Kris Kristofferson. Her music features rootsy instrumentation, weaving Americana moodiness with Cole’s own brand of soaring melodies. Produced by Howard Willing. Cole’s most recent release “River Flow” has been added to multiple Spotify playlists and secured some Americana radio play.
As a touring musician with the Smashing Pumpkins, this has afforded her a great opportunity to work on the BGV arrangements for the newly released “Cyr” album, a 20 song masterpiece. 2021 has seen her selected to perform at Namm, Folk Alliance conference and an exclusive Spotlight showcase at SXSW hosted by Bluegrass Situation and Yamaha Guitars. Writing, Recording, Touring and in the Studio, Katie Cole is a force to be reckoned with.

This song River Flow is the first release from her successful 2021 Kickstarter and was premiered on The Country Note. It has already obtained radio play from WMOT Nashville and more.
